I’ve got a bum shoulder that I partially dislocated years ago. Feelin it today after giving it everything I had last night with the Chest and Back workout. Looking forward to round 2 of Plyo tonight.
I read an article in Readers Digest while sitting in the Allergy Clinic waiting to get my shot. The cover reads “The Vitamin Scam.” An interesting read considering one of the basics of most workout programs is a Multivitamin. Even if you skip all other supplements, it just seems to make sense to take a Multi since they are readily available at all grocery stores and contain all the vitamins and minerals a growing boy or girl needs. I’ve been doing some further reading since then and will post a lengthier article soon.
