Son of a Bitch that is a tough work out. My arms are dead slabs of meat hanging off my body. I brought it and now I’m going to be feelin it.
Still can’t do an unassisted pull-up and the Dive Bomber Push-Ups are rough on my lower back. I did the first set of those and skipped the 2nd set.
We did our Kenpo X in the morning. Baby once again cut things short my wife but I finished it up. Today ended up being a double of sorts. All in all, not too back for week 2.
I did my best now it’s time to forget the rest.
