First day of the recovery week. Seems like just yesterday I was doing yoga in week 3. I came into the workout thinking it was going to be rough. I didn’t get a lot of sleep the night before because of sick kids. It ended up being one my better Yoga days. Still couldn’t do every thing but I got a good sweat going and was able to do more than in any previous yoga session. I even was able to do crane for a very little bit as opposed to not at all. I can tell my overall strength and balance is improving with each day and week.
