P90X Day 13 X Stretch

Switched things up and did the stretch tonight.  Kenpo will be on for tomorrow.  I enjoy doing the stretch for my rest day.  Tony talks about the benefits of stretching before the routine begins.  Increases flexibility and helps decrease injury.  Why wouldn’t you want to improve your P90X results by doing a very low intensity routine on your rest day?  Keep pushing play!
