It’s a slow, quiet Saturday. Doing some work while the family is out of town for a family Birthday party. Tonight we are going to do the X Stretch routine. My wife missed a couple days while out of town and to ease her back in we switched the Rest day to today and we’ll do the Stretch instead of the Kenpo X. Tomorrow we’ll jump back in with Kenpo.
Overall, I’m feeling very good today. Most of the soreness I had from the first few upper body workouts is gone now. Last nights Legs and Back did not really effect me too much. I thought the legs would be sore but in this case I believe P90 is coming through for me. Finally some relief. Whew! LOL!
